WHAT'S MY ONLINE RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be delighted everytime you shop with www.jadorewhitby.co.uk, but in the off chance that you may have changed your mind we have a 'no quibble’ exchange only policy. As long as we receive the returned item we'll happily exchange it for you with another more suitable product or a credit note to that amount.

We will cover the return delivery cost if the item was sent to you in error, or damaged in transit. We do however check all items before posting that they are in full working order. Otherwise, the postage costs fall to you. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note we cannot arrange collections from overseas locations.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND PRODUCT ISSUES

If an item is faulty, damaged, defective or delivered to you in error don't worry: we will do everything in our power to put things right.

If you have an issue or have received a damaged item please send us an email with your name, address and order number. Outline the issue as best you can and attach any photographs which might illustrate the damage or fault. We will try to respond as soon as possible during store opening hours, 10am - 5pm Monday - Sunday. Alternatively you can call us on 01947 601108.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible but in any case within 14 working days from receipt. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used in the original transaction or the Paypal account used. If we cannot offer an acceptable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email (jadorewhitby@outlook.com)
